I understand that I am purchasing multiple single-user licences for Gait | Footwear | Movement (previously known as Athletic Footwear for Health Professionals) and my nominated credit card will be debited ANNUALLY.

I understand that purchase of this product delivers up to 8 single-user licences and grants me (and staff) each a non-transferable, single-user license to access the subscription content for the sole purpose of completing individual CPD content.

I acknowledge that myself and my staff are not authorised to: 
Share, copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the subscription materials in any way.
I understand that if myself or my staff breach this term we will be removed from the platform.

I understand that should a scheduled payment fail to process, up to 4 attempts will be made by P3's payment server over the course of approximately 2 weeks. 
Should payments fail to process access to the GFM subscription will be suspended until outstanding payments have been rectified.

I understand that if I cancel my subscription renewal I will still have access to GFM portal for the remaining period of my subscription purchase.
