I understand that I am purchasing a single-user licence for Gait | Footwear | Movement (previously known as Athletic Footwear for Health Professionals) and my nominated credit card will be debited ANNUALLY.

I understand that purchase of a single-user licence grants me a non-transferable, single-user license to access the subscription content for the sole purpose of completing my individual CPD content.

I acknowledge that I am not authorised to: 
Share, copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the subscription materials in any way.
I understand that if I breach this term I will be removed from the platform.

I understand that should a scheduled payment fail to process, up to 4 attempts will be made by P3's payment server over the course of approximately 2 weeks. 
Should payments fail to process access to the AFHP & Community Portal will be suspended until outstanding payments have been rectified.

I understand that if I cancel my subscription renewal I will still have access to AFHP for the remaining period of my subscription purchase.

Subscription cancellation & pro-rata refunds.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription and would like to request a pro-rata refund, a refund for the remaining full months left within your subscription period will be provided, your future scheduled debited payments will be cancelled,  and your platform access will be immediately revoked.
