I confirm that I understand I am purchasing attendance to the Plantar Fasciopathy Rehabilitation Masterclass live workshop being held on  Sunday 23rd June 2024 PLUS lifetime access to the Plantar Fasciopathy Rehabilitation Masterclass online course PLUS a 12 month subscription to GFM: Gait | Footwear | Movement

I understand that I will receive a confirmation email regarding the workshop registration, in addition to a series of on-boarding emails after course purchase.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements these must be submitted when making your purchase via this checkout link.

If notification of dietary requirements are communicated outside of this method we can not guarantee they will be received & provided to the catering company. 

Terms

I understand that I will receive my certificate of attendance via email within 7 days of attending workshop.

Workshop Registration Cancellation

We endeavour to be understanding, fair and reasonable relating to refunds and cancellations. 

Should you need to cancel attending your workshop there are a range of options we can discuss. 

1. Cancel workshop attendance and keep access to online content. 

2. Cancel workshop attendance and online content - amount eligible for refund may vary if any online course content has been completed. 

I understand that should I complete more than 10% of the online course content and decide to not attend the live workshop I will only be eligible for a refund that equates to the value of the live workshop fee of $200.
I understand that the $200 eligible for refund will have the cancellation policy fees applied (refer below).

I understand that should I complete monthly GFM content, up to $189.90 may be deducted from my eligible $200 fee, depending on amount of online content completed. 

Cancellation Policy (Please Read)

I understand and agree to the cancellation policy terms outlined below.

If you are unable to attend the live event, please contact us to discuss the below options. 

Should you cancel attending the live event you will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of the following charges.

Cancellation prior to below cut off dates - 5% of workshop fee.
4-2 weeks prior to live event - 10% of workshop + online course fee.
Less than 2 weeks prior to live event - 25% of workshop + online course fee.
Less than 72 hours - 50% of workshop + online course fee.
No show - 100% of workshop + online course fee.

Should you cancel attending & wish to retain your online course purchase, course purchase is $479.
$200 of your registration fee is eligible for a refund, with consideration to the above % fees & timeframes.

Event Cancellation by Organisers

Should the organiser be required to cancel the workshop you will be eligible for a credit for use at a rescheduled date or a refund of 100% of your workshop fee (+/- online course, depending on your preference)

Covid Policy

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, are unwell &/or displaying signs and symptoms of possible Covid-19 infection please contact workshop organisers immediately and refund/credit options will be discussed with you.
