I confirm that I understand I am purchasing attendance to the Practical Programming live workshop being held on Sunday 10th November, 2024 PLUS lifetime access to the Exercise Therapies in Podiatric Practice (Pro) online course.

I understand that I will also receive a free 12 month subscription to the monthly CPD subscription GFM: Gait | Footwear | Movement.

I understand that I will receive a confirmation email regarding the workshop registration, in addition to a series of on-boarding emails after course purchase.

If you have any dietary requirements these must be submitted when making your purchase via this checkout link.

If notification of dietary requirements are communicated outside of this method we can not guarantee they will be received & provided to the catering company. 

Terms

I understand that I will receive my certificate of attendance via email within 7 days of attending workshop.

I understand that I will have immediate access to the online education course and subscription.

I understand that should I cancel workshop attendance, I may not be eligible for a refund if I have completed CPD activities within either the Exercise Therapies in Podiatric Practice online course &/or the online CPD subscription GFM: Gait | Footwear | Movement.

Cancellation Policy (Please Read)

I understand and agree to the cancellation policy terms outlined below.

If you are unable to attend the live event, please contact us to discuss your options. 

Should you cancel attending the live event you may be eligible for a refund of a varied amount, depending on your preference.

1. Cancel workshop + online CPD package in its entirety.
Eligibility for refund will be dependent on level of engagement with online CPD content. 

If you cancel attending the workshop and wish to cancel your online course and subscription access, but have viewed/downloaded course content &/or completed CPD activities within either the online course or CPD subscription, you will only be eligible for a maximum of $200 refund.

More than 10% of content completed/downloaded and equates to a "used product", which is not eligible for refund.

The system captures data regarding all interactions with course content within the platform (minutes viewed, lectures completed etc). More than 5% viewed equates to an "open & used" digital product and is not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation prior to below cut off dates with no engagement in online course content.
4-2 weeks prior to live event -  AU$1000 refund (of total cost of AU$1099)
Less than 2 weeks prior to live event - AU$900 refund.
Less than 72 hours - AU$700 refund.
No show - AU$625 refund.

2. Cancel workshop attendance but wish to maintain online CPD access.
Eligible for refund of AU$200 unless:
Less than 72 hours notice given of workshop cancellation - $100 refund.
No show - $0 refund.

Event Cancellation by Organisers

Should the organiser be required to cancel the workshop you will be eligible for the following;
- Keep online course & subscription access and have $200 refunded. 
- Forfeit all online course / subscription access to 100% refund.

Covid Policy

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, are unwell &/or displaying signs and symptoms of possible Covid-19 infection please contact workshop organisers immediately and refund/credit options will be discussed with you.
