I confirm that I understand I am purchasing attendance to the Evidence in Practice | Plantar Heel Pain live workshop being held in Melbourne, Victoria on Saturday 11th October, 2025.

I understand that I will receive a confirmation email regarding the workshop registration.

I understand that there are online learning modules that accompany the live workshop. 
I understand that I will have access to these two weeks prior to the live workshop event. 
I understand that these modules are expected to be completed prior to the live event, as these will be assumed knowledge at the time of the live workshop.

Terms

I understand that I will receive my certificate of attendance via email within 7 days of attending workshop.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements these must be submitted when making your purchase via this checkout link.

If notification of dietary requirements are communicated outside of this method we can not guarantee they will be received & provided to the catering company. 

Cancellation Policy (Please Read)

I understand and agree to the cancellation policy terms outlined below.

If you are unable to attend the live event, please contact us to discuss the below options. 

Should you cancel attending the live event you will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of the following charges.

Cancellation prior to below cut off dates minus 5% of workshop fee.
4-2 weeks prior to live event minus  15% of workshop fee.
Less than 2 weeks prior to live event minus  30% of workshop fee.
Less than 72 hours minus  60% of workshop fee.
No show - not eligible for refund.

Event Cancellation by Organisers

Should the organiser be required to cancel the workshop you will be eligible for a credit for use at a rescheduled date or online education purchase, or a refund of 100% of your workshop fee.

Covid Policy

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, are unwell &/or displaying signs and symptoms of possible Covid-19 infection please contact workshop organisers immediately and refund/credit options will be discussed with you.
